Father’s Day Favourites: Part Two

Father’s Day Favourites: Part Two
Following on from previous Father’s Day round-up, we’re back with another look at the favourite fragrances from some of our team here at Skye Candles. Whether you’re shopping for your dad, a father figure, or just looking for something he’ll genuinely enjoy - these personal picks from the lads might give you a bit of inspiration.

Willie – Island Whisky
Willie’s all about the cosy, comforting vibe so he chose our Island Whisky candle for his favourite. Base notes of oak, musk and vanilla lead to mid notes of spicy cinnamon and culminate with a light, fruity touch making this unique blend reminiscent of a quiet evening by the fire with a good dram in hand.

Raghnall – Lemongrass
If you know Raghnall, you know he’s full of energy and always on the go. His go-to candle? Lemongrass. Fresh, zesty, and seriously uplifting—it’s his way of bringing the outdoors in. He loves how clean and bright it makes a room feel.

John – Highland Gorse
John’s got a soft spot for Highland Gorse. It’s floral, slightly coconutty, and it reminds him of walks and bike rides through blooming gorse bushes in the spring. “It just smells like the Highlands,” he says—and coming from him, that’s high praise. It’s a great choice if you’re after something subtle and a bit different.

Neil – Grapefruit & Neroli
Neil’s all about balance, and his favourite candle reflects that perfectly. Grapefruit & Neroli is fresh, citrusy, and calming all at once. In the photo, he's just finished labelling a fresh batch, still not having enough of the fragrance, so you know it must be a good one!

So, if you’re stuck on what to get the dads in your life this year, why not take a leaf out of our team’s book? Whether he likes something bold and fresh or something a little bit more subtle, we’ve got something to suit. Have a browse of our full range and find the perfect Father’s Day scent.
