How can I check my points balance?
I set up my account in-store, but I can't see my points. What do I do?

It's super easy. Simply click the "check rewards" tab on the right, sign in with your email address and password and you'll immediately see your points balance, as well as what rewards it can get you, or any voucher you claimed already but haven't redeemed yet.

If you set up your loyalty account with us in one of our shops but this is your first time shopping online, you will still need to create a website account. Make sure to use the same email address you used to sign up for our loyalty and your points will be available to you immediately.

Your rewards may not be combined with other promotional offers. The only exception to this rule is our recycling programme in-store.

If you claim your voucher, you will have 30 days to redeem your discount. We will send you a reminder when the voucher is due to expire. If you don't get a chance to redeem it in this timeframe, you can get in touch with us and we will re-issue you the points.

This happens on occasion when our customers sign in to see their loyalty but opt in for "guest checkout" at the end of their purchase. To avoid this, make sure you use the same email address in the check out process as the one you used to sign in for your loyalty account.

Just as with checking points balance, you'll need to sign in to your account. When you then click the "check rewards" tab on the right, at the bottom you'll see the "see rewards" link which will take you to the rewards available to you, or by clicking on the "earn" options available to you. Our extra ways to collect points can only be used once, with the exception of friends referrals.

The loyalty points do not expire. You can keep collecting your points until you get to the discount you wish to get. If you don't claim all your points at once, the remainder will remain on your account for next time.

We recommend to click the "apply code" discount button at the end of your shopping, this way your discount should be applied to your cart automatically. If you click this button before adding products to your cart, or half way through your shopping, you might need to copy your code and paste it manually at checkout. If you signed up for our loyalty club before July 2020, your old loyalty balance was converted to store credit which you can redeem in one of our brick-and-mortar shops. For any purchases made since July 2020 only points are collected and the new rewards from these points can be claimed both in-store and online.
