Our team is working hard to process and ship every order as quickly as possible, however there might be a slight delay in delivery times due to the increased amount of orders this time of the year.

LAST RECOMMENDED POSTING DATES FOR CHRISTMAS

Our dedicated team will be working hard to despatch all orders as quickly as possible, all the way until December 23rd.

However, in order to avoid any disappointment, we urge you place your orders by the below dates to ensure your parcels make it to their destinations in time for Christmas.

Saturday, 30 November: Africa, Asia, Australia, Caribbean, Central and South America
China (People’s Republic), Far and Middle East and New Zealand

Monday, 2 December: Cyprus, Malta, Portugal and Spain

Tuesday, 3 December: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Eastern Europe (except Czech Republic and Poland), France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Slovakia, Switzerland and Turkey

Wednesday, 4 December: Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, Italy, Poland, Sweden and USA

Monday, 16th December: UK Standard Delivery

We know now more than ever that online orders are a lifeline for many people and we always want to try to make things as simple as possible. This is why when you order from us we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible and in one piece.

Our aim is to despatch all orders placed before 10am (Monday-Friday) the same day. Orders placed after 10am or at weekends will usually be processed the next working day.

Although our goal is to dispatch within the above time frames during some promotional periods such as Black Friday, this is not always possible.The high order volumes may mean some orders will be dispatched later than usual, with us dispatching on a first in first out basis.

We will dispatch the orders as quickly as possible, within the Royal Mail recommended time frame, but please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused in the delivery process.

We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website. Sadly, delivery is out of our control once the orders have been collected and we cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

UK ORDERS

STANDARD DELIVERY

We use Royal Mail for all but our biggest online orders as we believe they provide the best service for our customers.

Our standard Free Delivery service is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class which usually gets there within 2-4 working days but it can be up to 5 during busy periods or bank holidays.

If your goods haven't arrived with you within 5 working days of your order (10 during promotional periods) please email us to let us know and we will let you know what the status of your order is.

We always attempt to deliver your order to your provided address but please be aware that even though Royal Mail is delivering contactless, if no one is home to receive the parcel, you may need collect your order from your nearest Royal Mail Delivery Office or arrange a re-delivery which will prolong the delivery timeframe.

If products are returned to us as undeliverable, we shall contact you and can either set up redelivery, or refund the price of the products - minus the costs to cover our postal and administrative costs - £5.

If your order is for a special occasion or you need it by a certain date, please get in contact with us first so we can do everything possible to make sure your products are with you on time.

Standard delivery is not tracked in detail, the information on the tracking page will not update until delivery has been attempted and will then either confirm delivery or that it has attempted and is held at the depot.

Please note that due to Royal Mail's additional charges for shipping to Guernsey and Jersey, these areas are not included in our standard shipping options. Instead, all orders to Guernsey and Jersey are dispatched via Parcelforce. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

UK FAST DELIVERY

If your order happens to be time sensitive and the above time frames don't suffice, you can upgrade your shipping to:

Royal Mail 1st class

Your parcel will be dispatched in the same timeframe as standard (same day dispatch before 10am, next working day after 10am) but the delivery timeframe is 1-3 working days.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

Although we'd love to do free delivery for you too, because of the high cost of shipping we face,

unfortunately we need to charge to make things viable.

Rather than have complicated fees, we've setup our postage rates based on the two zones as seen below and weight tiers.

Your shipping fee, based on the order destination and weight of the contents, will be displayed at checkout.

EU ORDERS

Unfortunately, due to the new GPSR laws, we have temporarily suspended to the EU.

Please, check this space later for further updates.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The price of your international shipping is calculated automatically at checkout, based on the size of your order.

Please allow 7-14 working days for delivery.

For security reasons, we can only ship overseas orders to the cardholder’s billing address.

*We ship worldwide, the overseas fee is applied to orders shipping anywhere in the world apart from United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. These countries have their own, lower delivery cost.

** Please note that we are currently not able to ship any orders to Israel, and further country restrictions may apply to shipping reed diffusers orders.

***Due to the local strikes we have temporarily suspended shipping to Canada.


CUSTOMS

We are aware that each country, and those within the European Union have their own customs protocols. Post Brexit, has resulted in some cases of import taxes being applied.

Unfortunately, and frustratingly, we cannot specify potential charges which are out of our control. With the taxation relating to the importation of the goods, in many cases the responsibility will be with the recipient. If products are returned to us as undeliverable, or due to collection from customs not being arranged, we shall contact you and can either set up redelivery, or refund the price of the products - minus the costs to cover our postal and administrative costs.

Please note, EU and International orders are automatically UK tax exempt; no UK taxes have been charged on your order.

The delivery fee which we charge is completely separate to this and is only to help cover part of the costs we face for postage fee and packaging of the orders; this is entirely separate from customs procedures.We appreciate your purchases and would always offer our assistance to try and resolve any situation.
