We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, and motivated individual with strong retail experience and leadership skills to join and lead our Glasgow team as a Retail Manager.

This is a customer-facing role, so the successful candidate must be confident in engaging with customers, leading by example, and supporting the day-to-day running of the store. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising staff, driving sales, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience
- Leading, motivating, and supporting the team
- Driving sales performance and achieving shop targets
- Processing sales and overseeing cash handling procedures
- Maintaining high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and stock merchandising
- Managing stock levels, deliveries, and inventory control
- Assisting with staff training, development, and rota management
- Working effectively both independently and as part of the wider team

Essential Requirements:
- Previous retail management or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A proactive, positive, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Weekend availability is essential

Ideally starting by the end of June.
