We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic and motivated individual who ideally have previous retail experience to join our team.
As this is a customer facing role the candidate must be confident in approaching and working with the public.
Core Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Generating/ processing sales
- Store cleanliness/stock presentation
- Handling deliveries
- Can work well as both part of a team and independently
- Weekend availability essential
- Availability to work in our Broadford AND Portree shop essential
- preferred starting date end of July

Van Driver / Logistics Assistant – Skye Based
We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Van Driver to join our team on Skye. You’ll be an essential part of our logistics operation, making sure goods are delivered safely and on time to our shops across Scotland. It’s a hands-on role that also involves helping out with warehouse and delivery logistics.
What you’ll do:
- Safely operate a van to transport goods to various locations in Scotland as per the delivery schedule.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling techniques are followed to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including documentation of shipping and receiving processes.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to facilitate efficient picking and packing of items for dispatch.
- Conduct routine checks on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Assist in data analysis related to delivery performance and logistics efficiency.
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations during transportation activities.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in supply chain management or logistics is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with business processes related to shipping, receiving, and materials handling.
- Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driving licence with a clean driving record is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
