We are celebrating world gin day – 12th of June
And what better way to embrace it than include some friends and share the joy with our customers. So, we’ve teamed up with Isle of Harris Distillery, Rapscallion Soda and The Drinks Bakery to host another fantastic Instagram giveaway! The brands and prizes have been handpicked to create the ultimate gin experience.
We knew we wanted world class products for Wolrd Gin Day, so we started with Harris Gin – awarded gold for taste in 2021 at the world gin awards. This combined with having been collaborating with this fellow independent business from the Scottish islands for some years now made it a no brainer. We wanted to get them involved! We are one of their ‘click and collect’ partners and they’re a business we cherish working with. They too have a strong Gaelic presence on their social media and share wonderful images and stories about their beautiful island.
Every good drink needs a tasty snack to go with it, cue The Drinks Bakery. When we approached this Edinburgh based bakery, we got met with a great level of enthusiasm and learned that the delicious Pecorino, Rosemary & Seaweed treats are made specifically to accompany gin. They're actually sold at the Harris Distillery itself for this exact reason - a match made in heaven.
Next up, we wanted to include a beverage for the non-drinkers and designated drivers. So, Glasgow based Rapscallion Soda has added a multi pack of their fresh fruit soft drinks to our bundle, including their recently launched limited edition Rhubarb flavour. The perfect refreshment for a hot summer day, or the perfect refreshment to make you feel like it’s a hot summer day when Scotland is dishing out the unpredictable weather.
Finally, with gin being made using Juniper, of course, we would finish up the bundle with our Signature Range Juniper products. Should you be the lucky winner, you will receive every shape and size we have to offer in our Juniper fragrance. You probably knew juniper made for a pretty tasty drink, but did you know it made for a pretty incredible home fragrance too?
