1. LIGHT THE CANDLE
When lighting the candle make sure that the wick is no longer than 1/4 of an inch. Also ensure that no match or wick debris falls into the wax as this can cause the candle to smoke and burn unevenly.

2. LET IT BURN
To get the best from your candles we recommend you allow them to burn for at least 3 hours at a time. This way they won't be spoiled by 'tunneling' where you're left with unused wax at the sides of the container.

3. TRIM THE WICK
When you blow out the candle, ensure it's free of any debris and be sure to trim the wick, ready for the next use.
Keep It Right
Keep your home smelling its best with our reed diffusers by following a few simple tips.

Flip the reeds, relax
Your diffuser should start throwing its fragrance about an hour after you place the reeds in the oil but to help get the most from them here are a few tips to follow:
1. Our diffusers work best in a warm room, as the heat encourages evaporation of the oil and therefore increases the fragrance throw.
2. A good air flow in the room helps to dry the reeds and fill the air with scent more quickly than a room where there is little or no air flow.
3. If you have guests over and want a quick release of fragrance you can always flip the reeds over. This will give an instant burst of fragrance with the oil not relying on being driven up through the reeds by diffusion alone.
4. When handling used reeds or oil be sure to keep them out of contact with any surfaces, as if left for a while it can stain.
