Delivery Information - Seasonal Update
Our aim is to despatch all orders placed before 13:00 (Monday-Friday) the same day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 13:00 or at weekends will usually be processed the next working day.
Please bear with us during promotional periods as higher order volumes may mean some orders are dispatched later than usual.
Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible either by telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order and obtain a refund.
We will attempt to deliver your order to your delivery address but please be aware that, as we usually require a signature on delivery, if no one is home then you may need to collect your parcel from your nearest Royal Mail Delivery Office.
If products are returned to us as undeliverable, we shall refund the price of the products less £5 or the products (whichever is less) to cover our postal and administrative costs.
For security reasons, overseas orders will only be delivered to the cardholder’s billing address.
